North Medford senior Olivia Boger won three events as the Black Tornado swept a Southwest Conference track and field dual meet from South Medford Wednesday at Newland Track.
Boger won the 100-meter dash in 12.8 seconds, the long jump with a leap of 15 feet, 10 inches and the triple jump with a mark of 33-4.
North Medford won the girls' team competition 83-62, and the boys' team race 105-40.
Lily Zavala and Kristina Atonio won two times apiece for North Medford.

Twenty-five Southern Oregon arts organizations are among the recipients of arts and culture rebuilding grants through the Oregon Community Foundation.
A total of just under $5.4 million was awarded to 308 nonprofit arts organizations statewide, the foundation announced on Monday. Of that amount, Southern Oregon nonprofits in Josephine, Jackson and Klamath counties received a total of $532,500. Read More »
