MainSource Financial Group is the holding company for four bank subsidiaries that operate approximately 60 banking offices in Indiana and eastern Illinois. The banks provide checking, savings, money market, and individual retirement accounts, as well as certificates of deposit. In addition, the banks originate business, real estate, and consumer loans and provide trust services and safe deposit box facilities.
