KABUL (AP) -- Afghan security forces say there has been a large explosion near the luxury Serena Hotel in Afghanistan's capital. There are no immediate reports of casualties. Army Sgt. Shamsullah Shams says a rocket hit outside the hotel late Saturday. Police officers running to help secure the area confirmed the account.
