Canada's jobless rate falls to 8.3 pct in January
OTTAWA (AP) -- Canada's unemployment rate fell to 8.3 percent in January as 43,000 part-time jobs were added.
Statistics Canada said Friday it's the fourth employment gain in six months.
The unemployment slipped from 8.4 percent in December.
