NEW YORK (AP) -- Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday:

VF Corp., up $3.57 to $69.95

The owner of clothing brands including Vans, Timberland and Wrangler, raised its profit estimates for the year after a strong third quarter.

Seagate Technology PLC, up $4.41 to $39.35

The electronic storage company's first-quarter report surpassed analysts' expectations.

BroadSoft Inc., up 90 cents to $54.80

The communications software maker agreed to be bought by Cisco Systems for $55 a share, or $1.9 billion.

Deltic Timber Corp., up $3.65 to $92.77

The timber and wood products company said it will be acquired by competitor Potlach in an all-stock deal.

Hasbro Inc., down $8.44 to $89.75

The toy maker gave a revenue forecast that disappointed investors as the bankruptcy of Toys R Us hurts its business.

Arconic Inc., down $2.82 to $24.35

The company, which makes engineered products for the aerospace and other industries, disclosed a smaller-than-expected profit.

PetMed Express Inc., up $6.67 to $43.41

The pet pharmacy company had a solid second quarter as new sales and repeat orders continued to grow.

Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc., down 65 cents to $7.11

The offshore oil and gas services contractor had a disappointing quarter.
