ST. LOUIS (AP) -- A new monument in north St. Louis County is dedicated to those wounded in service to their country.

Democratic U.S. Rep. William Lacy Clay is among those dedicating the Monument to Wounded Warriors on Monday at Lake Charles Park Cemetery. Senior commanders from the Military Order of the Purple Heart will also be on hand, along with families of the wounded.
