MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) -- A Tufts University environmental policy professor will speak Monday on climate change at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College in Manchester.
William Moomaw, professor of international environmental policy, will discuss climate change and the Kyoto Protocol at 7 p.m. in the institute's auditorium. The lecture is free and open to the public.
Moomaw will address the importance of next month's United Nations Climate Change Conference in Denmark.
The Kyoto Protocol to reduce greenhouse gas emissions expires in 2012.
