SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- Nike said Tuesday its cross country national heartland regional cross country championships will be held in Sioux Falls for another three years.

The 2009 race is scheduled for Saturday at Yankton Trail Park. The races from 2010 through 2012 also will be in Sioux Falls.

The meet attracts runners from Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wisconsin and South Dakota. It was first held in Sioux Falls in 2007.
