NEW YORK (AP) -- A companion book to Bill O'Reilly's Fox News Wild West project will come out in April.

The Fox News host and multimillion-selling author is finishing "Legends & Lies: Into the West," stories about Jesse James, Davy Crockett and other outlaws and good guys that will include a multiparty television docudrama and a companion book. The TV series debuts with two episodes on April 12 on the Fox News Channel, while the book will be published April 7, Henry Holt and Co. told The Associated Press on Thursday.
