NEW YORK (AP) -- Guess who is smelling a return to Broadway? "Cyrano de Bergerac."

Roundabout Theatre Company said Monday that it will mount a new production of the classic 17th-century French love triangle with Tony Award-winner Douglas Hodge as the long-nosed protagonist.

It will begin previews on Sept. 14 and open officially on Oct. 11 at the American Airlines Theatre. The limited engagement runs through Nov. 25 under the direction of Jamie Lloyd.

It will mark the show's 14th Broadway revival. The last time "Cyrano de Bergerac" was on Broadway was in 2007-08, starring Kevin Kline and Jennifer Garner.

Hodge, who won a Tony in the latest revival of "La Cage aux Folles," was directed by Lloyd in John Osborne's play "Inadmissible Evidence" at the Donmar Warehouse in London.
