The Party Resumes at Mardi Gras

After last year's scaled-down festivities, large crowds have descended on New Orleans to celebrate the Carnival season and its culmination, Fat Tuesday. The party is hopping on Bourbon Street and revelers are lining the streets to cheer the colorful decorated floats and parade marchers.
