ATLANTA (AP) — The Georgia Senate voted 34-21 on Tuesday to pass Senate Bill 1EX, which would redraw district lines in the state Senate for the next 10 years in a way projected to give Republicans a 33-23 majority. A yes vote was to pass the bill, while a no vote was to defeat the bill.
