MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Prosecutors in Tennessee say a 36-year-old man has been indicted on charges that he killed his boss and a co-worker at a tire shop.
The Shelby County district attorney's office says Rickey Hull Jr. was indicted Thursday on two counts of first-degree murder stemming from a shooting at Third Tire Shop in December in Memphis.
Police found store owner Kamel Al Abes and employee Marcus Anderson with multiple gunshot wounds. The 44-year-old Anderson died at the scene. The 52-year-old Al Abes died at a hospital.
Hull was arrested about two hours after the shooting. Prosecutors say witnesses and store surveillance video indicate Hull was the shooter.
Hull is being held in Shelby County Jail. His lawyer did not immediately return a phone message Friday.
