Tennessee state Rep. Kevin Raper (R-Cleveland) has announced his opposition to Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee’s school voucher bill, as well as another bill that proposes arming teachers.

During a ceremony inside the Tennessee Senate on Monday to mark the passage of Ledford’s Law, Kim Ledford, whose son Dustin was killed by a drug-and-alcohol-impaired driver in 2010, said drunk driving is an “epidemic that has to be stopped.”
