    The Kerrville Host Lions Club hosted a “DADs at the Park” fundraising event Saturday, April 27, at Louise Hays Park to raise money for the club to sponsor the purchase of a diabetic alert dog for children and adolescents with Type 1 diabetes.

      With three teams tied for fourth place in District 26-5A, the Seguin Matadors, New Braunfels-Canyon Cougars, and Tivy Antlers played a two-game playoff doubleheader on Monday evening. Both games took place at the San Antonio Sports Complex to determine the final playoff team in the district.

        We celebrated National Volunteer Week with a great dinner on Thursday evening. More than 200 of our Dietert volunteer family attended, and it was a packed house full of fun.
