AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Q2 Holdings Inc. (QTWO) on Wednesday reported a loss of $18.1 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Austin, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 31 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and amortization costs, were 27 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 24 cents per share.

The provider of online banking software posted revenue of $162.1 million in the period, also exceeding Street forecasts. Seven analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $161.3 million.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $65.4 million, or $1.12 per share. Revenue was reported as $624.6 million.
