Search On For I-93 Driver Who Went Wrong Way For 14 Miles

WINDHAM, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire State Police are searching for an SUV driver who traveled 14 miles the wrong way on Interstate 93.

Troopers tried to stop the vehicle on Sunday night after getting multiple calls. The SUV was heading south in the northbound lane in the area of Exit 6 in Manchester.

Troopers drove parallel to the vehicle on the southbound side with their emergency signals activated. As the vehicle approached a weigh station in Windham, troopers lost sight of it because a tree line divided the median. The driver then had either corrected the path of travel or gotten off the highway.
