The Bozeman, Montana-based company said it had net income of $5.05 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $6.25 per share.

The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $6.37 per share.

The financial services company posted revenue of $447.8 million in the period, which also missed Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $448.5 million.

Fair Isaac expects full-year earnings to be $23.16 per share, with revenue expected to be $1.7 billion.
