ALLISON PARK, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say a car slammed into the front of a western Pennsylvania restaurant, but no serious injuries were reported.
Police and emergency medical services in Allegheny County were called to the Barrel Junction in Shaler Township at about 3 p.m. Sunday.
Shaler Township police said on their Facebook site that the car struck the front of the building and went into the lobby area.
Police said there were no "obvious injuries" but the male driver and passenger were taken to a hospital for evaluation. No customers were injured.
Police said the restaurant will be closed until the structure can be evaluated and repaired.
