DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — Allete Inc. (ALE) on Thursday reported second-quarter earnings of $33 million.

On a per-share basis, the Duluth, Minnesota-based company said it had profit of 57 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 82 cents per share.

The power company owner posted revenue of $354.5 million in the period.

Allete shares have climbed 5.5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 12% in the last 12 months.
