The insurance brokerage posted revenue of $3.72 billion in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Eight analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $3.7 billion.
Aon shares have risen 23% since the beginning of the year, while the S&P's 500 index has risen 22%. The stock has risen 12% in the last 12 months.
