NETSTREIT, based in Dallas, posted revenue of $41.4 million in the period, topping Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $41.1 million.
NETSTREIT expects full-year funds from operations in the range of $1.26 to $1.27 per share.
