The Newton, Massachusetts-based company said it had profit of 34 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 39 cents per share.

The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 40 cents per share.

The real estate management services provider posted revenue of $217.7 million in the period, which also fell short of Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $238.2 million.
