On a per-share basis, the Newark, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 38 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and to account for discontinued operations, were 41 cents per share.

The provider of oil and gas energy services posted revenue of $111.9 million in the period.
