CIRCLE PINES, Minn. (AP) — CIRCLE PINES, Minn. (AP) — Northern Technologies International Corp. (NTIC) on Tuesday reported net income of $1.8 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Circle Pines, Minnesota-based company said it had net income of 19 cents. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs, came to 20 cents per share.

The rust and corrosion prevention company posted revenue of $23.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $5.4 million, or 55 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $85.1 million.
