The Minneapolis-based company said it had net income of $1.40 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.44 per share.

The glass products company posted revenue of $342.4 million in the period.

Apogee Enterprises expects full-year earnings in the range of $4.90 to $5.20 per share.

Apogee Enterprises shares have increased 28% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 51% in the last 12 months.
