The McLean, Virginia-based company said it had net income of 16 cents per share.

The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 16 cents per share.

The satellite phone company posted revenue of $203.9 million in the period, beating Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $196.8 million.
