The Sunnyvale, California-based company said it had a loss of 17 cents per share.

The chipmaker posted revenue of $5.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $20.1 million, or 80 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $21.8 million.

For the current quarter ending in June, GSI Technology said it expects revenue in the range of $4.6 million to $5.2 million.
