BEDFORD, Mass. (AP) — BEDFORD, Mass. (AP) — Anika Therapeutics Inc. (ANIK) on Thursday reported a loss of $29.9 million in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Bedford, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of $2.03. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs and stock option expense, were 25 cents per share.

The medical technology company posted revenue of $38.8 million in the period.

Anika shares have increased almost 9% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 30% in the last 12 months.
