The San Jose, California-based company said it had a loss of $12.48 per share. Losses, adjusted for stock option expense and amortization costs, came to $8.52 per share.

The semiconductor technology company posted revenue of $1.8 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $16.8 million, or $26 per share. Revenue was reported as $13.7 million.

For the current quarter ending in March, Peraso said it expects revenue in the range of $2.6 million to $2.9 million.
